Fortune Food began life as a manufacturing entity in the early 80's. It marked the birth of a truly home-grown innovative food manufacturing company in Singapore.

In 1990, Fortune Food took on an even more competitive edge under the new management of Hanwell Holdings Limited. Backed by the resources of Hanwell, Fortune Food expeditiously innovates and develops the competency of its R&D. Today, the products it manufactures, including tofu, tau kwa, soya milk, noodles, chin chow and dessert, have not only become market leaders in their category, but also well-loved daily essentials among people of all ages.

Subsequently, envisaging an increasingly affluent society and the changing taste and preferences of consumers, Fortune Food expanded its business into the distribution of its premium house brands and also superior and tasty products from other parts of the world to local retail and food service outlets.
