  • 1 box FORTUNE Green Tea Tofu
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • Some Golden Circle Sunflower Oil


Miso Saurce

  • 100 radish
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pcs fermented bean curd
  • 1 tbsp sugar



  1. Blend FORTUNE Green Tea Tofu with flou, wheat flour and Golder Circle Sunflower Oil until well mixed.
  2. In a mould, pour tofu mixture. Steam for 15 mins. Remove and leave to cool.
  3. Prepare Miso saurce: Steam radish until cooked. Add miso, mayonnaise, fermented bean curd and sugar and blend into thick saurce.
  4. Cut tofu into thin slices. Spread Miso Saurce and grill until golden brown. Serve.
