 Serves: 4




  • 500ml water
  • 2 boxes FORTUNE Tau Kwa with Omega 3, shredded
  • 3 tbsp SOYALITE Soya Bean Oil
  • 80g chicken breast, shredded
  • 80g fresh bamboo shoots, shredded
  • 400ml chicken stock
  • 50g fresh shrimps
  • 20g carrot, shredded
  • Seasoning
  • 1tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Garnishing
  • some coriander leaves  



  1. Blanch FORTUNE Tau Kwa with Omega 3 in hot water. Remove and drain. Set aside.
  2. Heat up SOYALITE Soya Bean Oil. Sauté shredded chicken breast and bamboo shoots. Turn to high heat. Add chicken stock and cook until thicken.
  3. Add shrimps, shredded carrot and Tau Kwa. Stir-cook for a while. Add salt and sugar to taste. Serve.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
